What a finished project actually costs
The station price is only part of the number. A realistic budget includes these lines:
- Furniture: tier price times station count, less any volume discount.
- Installation: $95 per workstation, with a $495 minimum.
- Delivery: $195 for central Greater Phoenix or $295 for the wider metro. Outside Greater Phoenix, freight is quoted per project.
- Electrical: panel power connections to your building should be handled by a licensed electrician and are not included.
- Space planning: free, and worth using before you commit to a count.

What to check on used Haworth cubicles

- Product line and generation. Ask for the family name and, if you are adding to an existing floor, compare connector hardware side by side.
- Panel heights. Mixed heights are fine by design, but make sure you are getting the heights your layout calls for.
- Complete connector kits. Missing corner posts, end caps or connectors are the most common cause of install delays.
- Fabric condition. Look for fading along window walls, stains and snags. Remanufactured tiers address this with new fabric.
- Work surface edges and supports. Check for chipped edges, delamination and bent brackets.
- Power and data components. Confirm which base feeds and harnesses are included and plan for an electrician to connect them.
- Storage keys. Pedestals and overheads should come with keys or be rekeyable.
