- Send the RFQ. Categories, rough quantities, delivery city and the date the space has to work. A floor plan helps, a sketch is fine.
- Free space plan. We lay out the floor, check aisles and circulation and confirm the seat count before anything is priced.
- Written quote. Product, freight, delivery and installation, with new and pre-owned options side by side where both make sense.
- Order and track. We manage acknowledgements, finish approvals and ship dates so you are not chasing a factory.
- Install and walk. Delivery, professional installation, debris removal and a punch walk with you at the end.
Lead time on new contract furniture is typically 4 to 6 weeks from an approved order. If your commencement date will not survive that, say so in the RFQ and we will build a mix that hits it.

Does Office Station sell new office furniture?
Yes. Alongside liquidation-grade and remanufactured inventory, Office Station quotes new contract furniture through a manufacturer-rep partner network across 22 product categories. New is the right answer when you need a specific model, a current finish palette, a full manufacturer warranty, or a category we do not stock used.
What is an RFQ and what do you need from me?
A request for quote. Send the product categories, quantities, your delivery city and the date the space has to be usable. A floor plan or a finish direction helps but is not required. We come back with a written quote including freight, delivery and installation, and space planning is free.
How long does new contract furniture take?
New furniture typically runs 4 to 6 weeks from an approved order, and longer for custom finishes, COM upholstery or millwork. If your date will not survive that, in-stock liquidation-grade installs in as little as 72 hours and remanufactured usually runs 7 to 14 days, and we will tell you which mix hits your date.
Can you mix new and pre-owned on one project?
That is usually the smartest specification. Put new where it shows and where warranty matters, such as reception, conference and executive offices, and put remanufactured or liquidation-grade behind the scenes in open-plan workstations. One quote, one install crew, one project manager.

Tell us the vehicle in your RFQ. Education, healthcare and public-sector projects often run through a bid or a cooperative purchasing contract, and the quote has to be structured to match. Send the solicitation number and requirements with your request.
Clearing a floor as well as filling one?
Furniture you are replacing has resale value. We buy it and credit it against the new order.
