Who we are

The move-out is the most expensive week of a lease. We turn it into a line item that pays, then give the furniture a second life with companies that want designer quality without designer lead times.

How we work

Built around your lease date

One net number

Our written offer shows what your inventory is worth and what clearing it costs. No vague quotes, no surprise invoices.

On your clock

After-hours and weekend crews, freight-elevator windows, dock schedules and building rules planned before day one.

A second life

Resale first, then donation and recycling. You get a diversion summary for sustainability reporting.

Liquidation process

From walkthrough to handback in five steps

Every project follows the same playbook, whether it's 40 workstations or four floors. You always know the number, the schedule and who is on site.

  • Certificates of insurance naming landlord and property manager
  • Freight elevator, dock and security coordination
  • Low-voltage cabling and whiteboard removal
  • E-waste handling with certificates of data destruction
  • Photo-documented, broom-clean handback
  • Single project lead from walkthrough to handback
  • Inventory lists suitable for trustees, receivers and auditors
Pre-owned designer furniture

Corporate-grade furniture, without corporate lead times

Inventory comes straight off Phoenix corporate floors, gets inspected and graded, and ships fast. It moves quickly, so request the current list or get alerts when new liquidations land. Space planning is always free.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you really pay companies for their office furniture?

When the inventory has resale value, yes. Premium systems furniture and designer seating in good condition is often worth more than the labor to remove it, so the net goes to you. Older or unbranded furniture usually lands at no cost or a disclosed removal fee, and you see that number in writing before anything moves.

How large a project can Office Station take on?

We plan projects from single suites to full multi-floor headquarters. Crew count scales with square footage and deadline, and large projects run in phases around your move schedule, including nights and weekends.

What areas do you serve?

Office liquidation and decommissioning in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Las Vegas, Reno, San Diego, Orange County, Northern California, Denver, Salt Lake City and Albuquerque. Pre-owned furniture and cubicle delivery covers Greater Phoenix. Projects elsewhere are quoted with travel included.

Can you handle the decommissioning, not just the furniture?

Yes. Decommissioning covers furniture, low-voltage cabling, whiteboards, signage, appliances and e-waste with certificates of data destruction, coordinated to your landlord's restoration requirements.

Is the pre-owned furniture you sell really designer brands?

Much of our inventory comes straight from corporate floors furnished with Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth and similar manufacturers. Every piece is inspected and graded, and listings state brand, model and condition. Office Station is an independent reseller, not an authorized dealer for those manufacturers.

How fast can you install furniture for a new office?

In-stock liquidation-grade furniture can be delivered and installed in as little as 72 hours. Remanufactured furniture usually takes 7 to 14 days, and new commercial lines typically take 4 to 6 weeks.
