Sixteen models we stock in depth: Leap, Aeron, Embody, Mirra 2, Celle, Sayl, Gesture, Series 1 and 2, Amia, Generation, Zody, Fern, Freedom and World. From corporate floors in matched sets, not one-offs.
Lift, tilt, arms, mesh, foam, base and casters checked on every chair before grading.
Liquidations yield the same model in volume, so a whole floor matches.
Manufacturer labels, date tags and construction verified. We don't sell replicas.
Every chair below comes two ways: remanufactured or pre-owned, and Humanscale pre-owned or new. Black is the standard finish; other finishes can be sourced on request.
BlackThe original Leap. LiveBack shell, four-way arms and seat-depth adjustment; the workhorse of corporate floors for two decades.
BlackThe current Leap generation. Natural glide recline and a flexible back that tracks the spine through the full range.
BlackTriFlex polymer back that flexes independently across the shoulders and lumbar, with a tilt-limiter and forward tilt.
BlackElastomer back designed to move in any direction, with flexible arms that swing out of the way for cross-legged sitting.
BlackAsymmetrical PAL lumbar lets each side of the back be tensioned independently; developed with human-performance researchers.
BlackWood-inspired frond back with a shape-matching edgeless seat; a newer design that turns up in recent build-outs.
BlackPixelated support matrix and a back that mirrors the spine. The top of the ergonomic range and the most requested chair we handle.
BlackCellular suspension back that flexes where you press on it, with a tilt-limiter. Common in large matched installations.
BlackThe benchmark. Sizes A, B and C with 8Z Pellicle mesh; check the size tag on the underside before you buy.
BlackSuspension back built on cable-stay bridge principles: unframed, light, and the most affordable way into the Herman Miller line.
BlackArms that move like a human arm, designed around how people sit with phones and tablets. Inspect the arm joints on any used one.
BlackSteelcase's value ergonomic chair. Integrated LiveBack and adjustable lumbar at a price that works for a whole floor.
BlackA step up from Series 1 with adjustable seat depth and a deeper recline range. Turns up in recent corporate build-outs.
BlackLiveLumbar flexes with the spine and adjusts for height and firmness independently. A long-running favorite for call centers and open plans.
BlackWeight-sensitive recline with no tension dial: the chair balances to the sitter. Synchronously adjusting armrests move as one.
BlackForm-sensing mesh that supports without a mechanism or lumbar hardware. Light, simple and easy to keep clean in shared spaces.
Every project is quoted individually. Model, grade, options, quantity and delivery all go into the number, so tell us what you need and we will send a written quote.
Model names are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify products. Office Station is not affiliated with these manufacturers.
Every model is quoted two ways so you can weigh the trade-off. Most lines are remanufactured or pre-owned. Humanscale we can order new, so those quote pre-owned or new.
Stripped to the frame, re-upholstered, new cylinders, arm pads and casters as needed, then reassembled and tested. Presents as new and carries our written warranty.

We source seating from corporate liquidations, not consumer marketplaces, and inspect manufacturer labels, date and serial tags and construction details before an item is listed. Replicas are common in the consumer market, so ask any seller how they verify authenticity.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to pre-owned seating. Office Station is an independent reseller, and any warranty we provide is stated in writing on your quote.
Gas cylinder lift and hold, tilt and recline tension, arm adjustments and pad wear, mesh or fabric condition, base and casters, and seat foam compression. Each chair is graded A, B or C.
Every project is quoted individually. Model, grade (remanufactured, pre-owned or new), options such as arms or a headrest, quantity and delivery all affect the number. Tell us the models and quantities you need and we will send a written quote.
