Corporate office furniture liquidation

Office furniture liquidation that pays you back

We buy and clear entire corporate inventories across the Southwest, from Phoenix, Las Vegas and Denver to Salt Lake City and California. The resale value is credited against removal, so you get one written net number, and often a check.

Why liquidate with us

Your furniture has a value. Most liquidators keep it quiet.

Most liquidators quote a removal price and resell the furniture, and you never see the value of what they took. We put both numbers on paper: what your inventory is worth on the resale market, and what it costs to clear. When the first is bigger, the difference is yours.

That's possible because Office Station sells what it liquidates. Corporate-grade furniture from your floor becomes pre-owned inventory for Phoenix companies that are growing, which is why we can pay for furniture others charge to haul away.

    Questions

    Liquidation FAQ

How does office furniture liquidation work?

We walk the space, count and grade the inventory, then give you a written net offer: the resale value of the furniture minus the cost to remove it. Once you accept, we schedule crews around your move date, clear the space and hand it back with documentation.

When do you pay for office furniture instead of charging?

Premium systems furniture and designer seating under about eight years old, in good condition and in volume, usually carries more resale value than removal labor. The estimator on this page shows where your inventory likely lands.

    What furniture do you take?

Workstations and cubicles, task and executive seating, private office casegoods, conference tables, filing and storage, benching, lounge and reception furniture. Anything without resale value is donated or recycled where possible and disposed of responsibly otherwise.

How much notice do you need?

Four weeks or more gives the best economics and scheduling. We can clear space in under two weeks, but rush timelines add after-hours crews, which shows up in the estimate.

Do you work with bankruptcy trustees, receivers and lenders?

Yes. We provide itemized inventory lists, written valuations of the offer, and removal documentation suited to court and lender requirements.

Will you remove furniture from a building with strict move rules?

Yes. We coordinate certificates of insurance, freight elevator reservations, dock schedules, floor and wall protection and after-hours access with building management before the first crew arrives.
