- Office Station is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth, Humanscale or any other manufacturer named on this site. Brand and model names identify the original manufacturer only.
- Manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to pre-owned furniture. Any warranty Office Station offers is stated in writing on your quote or invoice.
- Inventory changes daily and every item is subject to prior sale. Quantities, finishes and fabrics are confirmed at the time of your quote.
- Photos may be representative of a model or product line rather than the exact unit. Condition grades are assigned at inspection and noted per item.
- Pre-owned systems furniture from different installations may vary in finish, fabric and component generation; matched runs are quoted as matched.

What's the difference between used and remanufactured cubicles?
Liquidation-grade cubicles are cleaned, inspected and fully working, with normal wear. Remanufactured cubicles get new fabric, worksurfaces and edge banding, so they look close to new at about two-thirds the price of new.
How fast can cubicles be installed?
In-stock liquidation-grade workstations can be installed in as little as 72 hours in the Phoenix metro. Remanufactured workstations usually take 7 to 14 days, and new furniture typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes: 5% off furniture at 20 or more workstations, 8% at 50 or more and 12% at 100 or more.
Can you match cubicles to what we already have?
Often, yes. Liquidations produce large runs of popular systems, so adding matching stations to an existing layout is a common request. Send the manufacturer and model with your inquiry.
