The system that invented the cubicle, and still the most available on the secondary market. Panels are monolithic, so a damaged panel is replaced rather than re-tiled, and matching used stock is easy to find.

Frames stay, tiles change. That is why Ethospace refreshes so well: new fabric or glass tiles on existing frames updates a floor for a fraction of replacement, and the acoustic tiles genuinely outperform monolithic panels.

The modern look: open benching runs with low screens instead of tall panels. Canvas reads as a current-generation office rather than a cubicle farm, and it is the system to ask for when the floor has to photograph well.

Office Station is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth, Humanscale or any other manufacturer named on this site. Brand and model names identify the original manufacturer only.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to pre-owned furniture. Any warranty Office Station offers is stated in writing on your quote or invoice.
Inventory changes daily and every item is subject to prior sale. Quantities, finishes and fabrics are confirmed at the time of your quote.
Photos may be representative of a model or product line rather than the exact unit. Condition grades are assigned at inspection and noted per item.
Pre-owned systems furniture from different installations may vary in finish, fabric and component generation; matched runs are quoted as matched.

How much do used cubicles cost?

Every project is unique, so we quote each one individually. Grade, system, panel height, power, finishes, quantity, delivery and installation all move the number. Send us your layout and we will come back with a written quote. Space planning is free.

What's the difference between used and remanufactured cubicles?

Liquidation-grade cubicles are cleaned, inspected and fully working, with normal wear. Remanufactured cubicles get new fabric, worksurfaces and edge banding, so they look close to new.

How fast can cubicles be installed?

In-stock liquidation-grade workstations can be installed in as little as 72 hours in the Phoenix metro. Remanufactured workstations usually take 7 to 14 days, and new furniture typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Do larger orders cost less per station?

Larger projects often do, but it depends on the inventory and the job. Your written quote reflects your quantity.

Can you match cubicles to what we already have?

Often, yes. Liquidations produce large runs of popular systems, so adding matching stations to an existing layout is a common request. Send the manufacturer and model with your inquiry.
