- You need specific finishes. Brand colors, a particular fabric or a matching laminate across several floors are easiest with new.
- You are filling a very large, uniform floor. New components make it easiest for every station to match.
- Your timeline has room. If move-in is two months out, a 4 to 6 week lead time works.
- You want warranty coverage. Ask about coverage for the specific new product. Manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to pre-owned furniture.
When remanufactured or liquidation-grade is the smarter buy

The per-station price is only one line of the budget. When you compare quotes for new office cubicles, make sure each one accounts for the same items, or ask the vendor to separate them.
- Electrical and data. Powered panels still need a licensed electrician to connect them to the building. This is priced separately from furniture on every tier.
- Delivery and freight. In Greater Phoenix, delivery is a flat $195 central or $295 metro. Outside the Valley, freight is quoted per project and depends on distance and volume.
- Building requirements. Many landlords require certificates of insurance, freight elevator reservations and after-hours work. Office Station coordinates COIs, docks and elevators and can schedule night or weekend crews.
