How free space planning works

Space planning is free, and it is the step that saves the most money. A good plan tells you how many seats actually fit, where power needs to land, and which pieces must be mobile.

1. Send the basics. Room dimensions, door and window locations, where power and data are today, and a photo or floor plan if you have one.
2. Tell us how you train. Typical class size, maximum class size, and which formats you run.
3. Review layouts. We show seat counts for each format and flag clearance issues around doors and presenter areas.
4. Choose tiers per piece. Pick new, remanufactured or liquidation-grade item by item to hit your budget and move-in date.
5. Schedule delivery and install. Workstation installation is $95 per station with a $495 minimum.

Training room checklist

• Measure clearance behind every row of chairs, not just the table footprint.
• Confirm who handles electrical. Furniture prices do not include it, so line up your electrician early for lab stations.
• Decide where tables go when the room is cleared for an event.
• Check caster locks on any mobile table before rollout day.
• Match chair heights to table heights, especially when mixing brands.
• Plan storage for training kits so they do not live on the floor.
• Build your schedule around the slowest tier in your order.

Delivery and installation

In Greater Phoenix, delivery is $195 for central zones and $295 for the wider metro. Everywhere else in the country, freight is quoted per project. Larger rollouts earn volume pricing on workstations: 5% at 20 or more stations, 8% at 50 or more, and 12% at 100 or more.
