Queen Creek's business community has grown alongside its neighborhoods, and many offices here are new build-outs, small professional practices or teams expanding out of a home base. For those buyers, the first question is usually simple: what will it actually cost to furnish the space?
This page answers that with published numbers. Office Station sells pre-owned and new workstations, delivers across Greater Phoenix at zone rates, and installs for a flat per-station price.
The three workstation tiers
All prices are for a 6' x 6' workstation, furniture only. They exclude electrical, delivery and professional installation.
| Tier | Price per station | Lead time | What you are buying |
|---|---|---|---|
| Liquidation-grade | $615 | As little as 72 hours in stock | Pre-owned stations sold as available, graded for condition |
| Remanufactured | $1,245 | Usually 7 to 14 days | Pre-owned stations refreshed for a more uniform look |
| New | $1,920 | 4 to 6 weeks | New furniture for specific requirements |

Reading condition grades
Pre-owned furniture is graded A (like new), B (very good) or C (good). Grade matters more than tier names when you care about appearance in client-facing areas. A reception-adjacent row might justify grade A, while a back-office team may be well served by grade B or C at a lower cost.
Price a Queen Creek office in four lines
Use this formula for a first budget:
- Furniture: stations x tier price, minus any volume discount.
- Installation: stations x $95, with a $495 minimum.
- Delivery: $195 central or $295 metro in Greater Phoenix.
- Electrical: quoted separately by your electrician if stations are powered.
Worked comparison: 12 stations
| Line item | Liquidation-grade | Remanufactured | New |
|---|---|---|---|
| Furniture (12 stations) | $7,380 | $14,940 | $23,040 |
| Installation (12 x $95) | $1,140 | $1,140 | $1,140 |
| Delivery (metro zone shown) | $295 | $295 | $295 |
| Total before electrical | $8,815 | $16,375 | $24,475 |

If your address is confirmed in the central zone, subtract $100 from each total. A twelve-station order does not reach a volume tier, but adding stations can.
When volume pricing kicks in
- 20+ stations: 5% off
- 50+ stations: 8% off
- 100+ stations: 12% off
For example, 20 remanufactured stations at $1,245 would be $24,900 before discount and $23,655 after the 5% reduction. If you are planning growth, it can be worth pricing your eventual headcount as one order rather than buying in small batches.
Installation minimums matter at the other end of the scale. A four-station order would total $380 in installation at $95 each, so the $495 minimum applies instead. For very small offices, that minimum is worth factoring into the per-seat cost when you compare tiers. It also makes sense to confirm the installed footprint during space planning, since a 6' x 6' station needs clearance for chairs and walkways beyond its own dimensions.
Choosing the right tier for your space
Price is only one input. The better question is which tier matches how your office will actually be used over the next few years.
Liquidation-grade makes sense when
- You need seats filled quickly and in-stock inventory fits your layout.
- The workstations sit in staff-only areas where small cosmetic wear is acceptable.
- You expect to change your floor plan again soon and do not want to overinvest.
Remanufactured makes sense when
- Clients or patients will see the workspace and a uniform look matters.
- You can wait roughly one to two weeks.
- You want a consistent set of stations rather than whatever is currently in stock.
New makes sense when
- You need a specific finish, fabric or configuration that pre-owned stock cannot match.
- Your timeline allows 4 to 6 weeks.
- Budget is less of a constraint than exact specification.
Mixing tiers is also common. A practice might put remanufactured stations in a visible front area and liquidation-grade stations in a back office, keeping the overall budget closer to the lower tier while still looking polished where it counts. Space planning can map that out before you commit.
